Our mission at Christel House is for our graduates to achieve upward economic mobility, demonstrate good citizenship, and be empowered to identify and realize their goals, dreams, and human potential. We work towards transforming the lives of children experiencing poverty around the world.

If selected for this Fellowship, you will work full-time in your country for 2 years, building a Christel House school from the ground up. This Fellowship is designed to position you to be the full-time CEO of Christel House in your country after two years, requiring a long-term commitment to our mission.
